This is a simple version bump, as 1.8.4 has been released upstreadm. :)

The ebuild attached to this issue is a straight rename of the existing 1.8.2 ebuild in portage.

Has been tested (with all options), and compiles + installs fine.

If you didn't change anything in the ebuild there's no need to attach it to the bug report at all. If you did cahnges to an ebuild then rather submit a unified diff (diff -u) than a full ebuild.
