I usually just edit /var/cache/edb/mtimedb (of course after its backup) if I need to just change version or exclude some package. Really, deleting some packages from resume list (in case you aready resolved their merge manually), this produces invalid list, but "Invalid resume list" error is avoidable by resuming with --nodeps. |
