Hi,

current stable is unable to build with gcc-4.3*
So we need a newer one stable before that one.

If this is okay with you, please cc: the respective arches.

Please test and stabilize =net-misc/pump-0.8.24-r3.

Testing procedure:
 - install
 - ifconfig down interface
 - try using pump to obtain address from DHCP
