Description Ludovic Gasc (GMLudo) 2009-03-31 11:42:31 UTC
Since 2 weeks, when I start an application that keeps the mouse in the window, like a fullscreen application, when I move the mouse pointer, the pointer goes always at the bottom left corner of the window.

With my touchpad, it works a little bit, but when I move my finger quickly, I have the same problem.

Do you have some ideas to resolve the problem ?

Thank you very much.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch openarena

I use Gentoo 2008.0 profile mostly in ~x86

Please post your "emerge --info", the output of
  emerge -qpv xorg-server
and attach your xorg.conf file.

Reopen this bug when you provide the requested information.

I find a solution:
* https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12607
* http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=450851

use "export SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0" in your environnement before launch a SDL game.

I think it's a bug in x11-drivers/xf86-input-evdev
