Description Yorgos V 2009-03-30 16:56:26 UTC
After the htmlhandbook use flag was removed, the help files are no longer being built. Specifically, my first installation of kde4 was with version 4.2.0 with the htmlhandbook use flag. Everything was perfect.
Later I updated to one of the -rX versions which no longer used the htmlhandbook use flag. After the update all help files were removed and never again built.
Now I am at version 4.2.1-r3 with the same problem. Also, before installing this final version I had to completely remove kdelibs. Although it did not solve the problem I saw one irrelevant use flag being different when trying to update (forced to be excluded) than when I installed afresh, so I wonder if something similar is happening with the help files also.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press F1 anywhere in kde > 4.2.1
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Help center opens with an error message stating: "corresponding" index.html file not found.

Expected Results:
Preview the correct help file.

I never tried to remove kde and reinstall from scratch to see if it is fixed

Fixed in 4.2.2 as a doc useflag.
Enjoy :]
Credits for this goes mostly for reavertm :]
