Trying to use (read/search/post/look at) forums.gentoo.org, and getting the "Too Many Connections" error 99% of the time.  Is the database for the forums slowing up?

Reproducible: Always

This is a known and unfortunately old bug - thus I'm reducing the severity.
What browser are you using? Is it konqueror or firefox with the pre-fetch plugin?

Firefox without any prefetching plugins/extentions.

I can test with Konqueror, Safari on Mac, Firefox on Mac and Windows, and IE 8 on Windows if needed.

Marking fixed, given that the limits were adjusted some time ago and we have had no further reports of problems in this regard.

Please reopen if the problem returns or continued but went unmentioned.
