using git caf7d4b00884601abe34875b852ec0fe241783e7 here

if i use `pybugz post --depends-on= ...`, pybugz will still prompt for depends:
Enter a list of bug dependencies (comma separated) (optional):

all the other options seem to work fine in this regard ...

This is fixed in git.  Thanks for the report. :-)
