"Code Listing 3.8: Viewing the on-CD documentation

# lynx /mnt/cdrom/docs/html/index.html"

is mentioned howerver lynx wans't available on the minimal install cd without an extra download.

It would be good to mention "links" (as covered later in the install) as an alternate way of viewing the on-cd documentation.
