rhythmbox does not appear to compile anymore, failing when 
when it tries to compile its shell
../lib/rb-proxy-config.h:69: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or '__attribute__' before '*' token

This is odd since I had the same version of rhythmbox working for a long time, and was only recompiling it to deal with a totem linking problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to compile media-sound/rhythmbox-0.10.1-r1

Actual Results:  
I shall post the build log and environment information.

Please try a more recent version from the "unstable" tree.
