Bug 263430 – media-tv/xbmc fails during configure due to a missing dev-libs/libcdio dependency

According to svn changeset 18806[1], dev-libs/libcdio is now a required dependency.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C dev-libs/libcdio
2. emerge media-tv/xbmc

Actual Results:  
configure: error: ERROR: Could not find a required library. Please see README.linux


Expected Results:  
Successful build.
