Current wireless-regdb ebuilds have the following deps:

DEPEND="dev-libs/openssl
        dev-lang/python"
RDEPEND="${DEPEND}"
--8<--

I doubt that the resulting /usr/lib/crda/regulatory.bin
runtime-depends on openssl and/or python :)
Please set RDEPEND="". Thanks!
