New ebuild for Simp Server, only binary Version for Linux

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Installation is good

Actual Results:  
Works good


Works good for MSN with Pidgin, with aMSN have Problems to connect, but if it is connected all is good.

copy simpserver.rc with

cp -a /usr/portage/net-im/simpserver-bin/files/ /var/paludis/repositories/local/net-im/simpserver-bin/

install-simpserver to make Installation easier

This adjust Installation for Simp Server, to be more Gentoo friendly.

Simp Server use normaly

/etc/keyring
/etc/access.conf

and I have all put in

/etc/simpserver

and modify

/etc/simpserver/simp.conf

to Simp Server find own files nad keys

Please attach diffs when you did changes to an ebuild. That would be much more
handy for our devs :)

Either some one is willing to maintain this (and update to the latest 5.x versions) or we simply remove this as our version is completely obsolete:
