app-shells/tcsh-6.16 is in the tree for a while without bugs, time to stabilise it.  It's a straightforward bump from 6.15 (bugfixes only) so it should be an easy one.

It seems that m68k is not interested in this(and this version gone from tree), so closing this as OBSOLETE
