As of the last day or two, the tetex ebuilds seem to be missing most of their keywords...

+  tetex-2.0.2-r9.ebuild, tetex-3.0_p1-r6.ebuild:
+  Drop KEYWORDS for all architectures except mips and m68k to force users
+  upgrade to TeXLive

tetex has been end-of-lifed, please use texlive instead. Tetex is going the way of the dodo.
