Bug 262554 – net-libs/libotr-3.2.0 stabilization request

net-libs/libotr-3.2.0 is in the tree since July. I have been using it (in kopete) for over a month now and it works like a charm.

We have two open bugs but they both apply to the building of libotr (#235990, #241032) now about libotr not working.

It is OK with you to stabilize this package?
