i can sleep the machine with acpitools -s
there are 2 PCIE nvidia cards in it, the second does not start on resume.
if i kill my second Xserver then login shows up on it.

Unfortunately this appears to have gotta stale due to slipping between the cracks. Please retest with the latest kernel, latest X and latest nvidia-drivers.
