Herrie's dependency libSpiff has been renamed to libxspf recently.  The attached patches turn Herrie 2.1 into a libxspf depending Herrie 2.2.  Herrie patch provided by upstream.

In Portage, converted the build_with_use to EAPI=2 usedep, but otherwise same..
