I couldn't find a bug for this issue, however Google revealed a bug attachment which seems to be related.

I don't see a way to find the bug to which this file is attached, so if this is a duplicate, I beg your pardon.

This is a harmless warning. No, I don't know why it exists. Leaving open for someone to set the story straight.
