Downloading file qt-x11-opensource-src-4.5.0.tar.bz2 results in file 113335010 bytes long, sha1sum db136bbed1715c155ceb610309d33f943c1df8fd

But ebuild rejects file. File fetched from 3 different mirrors. Same file, chekcusm, same error.

I get the same sha1sum for this file and portage doesn't complain about the package's file having wrong size or digest. Please re-sync your portage-tree  and in case the problem is gone, mark this bug as INVALID.

Marking this bug as INVALID myself as the file definitely is not corrupt.
