Although kdeartwork 4.2.0 contains a kwin-styles folder, there doesn't seem to be an ebuild for them. The last kdeartwork-kwin-styles ebuild seems to be for 3.5.10.

They are in the tarball but not yet enabled by upstream, so we will ship it with 4.3 as they plan it.
For now it is wontfix cause for 4.3 we have prepared ebuild already.
