dev-python/ropeide uses distutils_python_tkinter function. It should rather use EAPI 2 use flag dependencies.

Patch adding python tk USE flag dependency

Patch adds tk USE flag dependency and replaces NEED_PYTHON variable with direct DEPEND specification.

    dev-python/ropeide-1.5.1-r1 is now in CVS. Revbump for EAPI 2 support of python tk USE flag. Thanks Pavel, once again, for the nice work done squashing these bugs.
