Hello,
I'm happy to have another young recruit here. Mounir has been working fearlessly on the voip bug queue cleaning it up, submitting fixes to me, and working with users in irc. I have also got him access to the voip overlay. I haven't been monitoring his commits there because the submissions for gentoo-x86 have been rock solid. You can see that he is cleaning up the overlay quite nicely here: http://cia.vc/stats/author/volkmar 

Mounir puts the life back into the severely understaffed voip team. He will be a great addition to the Gentoo team.

Both quizzes have been in an approved state from me for quite some time now.

Thomas (gentoofan23, tanderson on irc) has agreed to be a backup mentor for volkmar here while I am on vacation.

Mounir, I will be your recruiter. Please send your quizzes to [e-mail] when approved by your mentor. Always add a comment to this bug when you send something to that address. When the quizzes are sent please contact me by IRC
or email to schedule the first review session. If you think that recruiters
aren't paying attention to this bug at any later point in time, it's your job
to ping us on IRC if you don't want any delays.

We set him up today.

What we did:
- LDAP
- bugzilla
- cvs/svn groups on cvs.gentoo.org
- IRC-cloak
- sent you your LDAP/mail password via encrypted mail

TODO:
- gentoo-core (waiting on infra)
- announcement

What you need to do:
- subscribe to mailing lists with @gentoo.org address
- request forum status bump in #gentoo-forums or by mail to
  [e-mail] (if you have a forums count)
- send yourself mail to create .maildir
- add yourself to mail aliases ( like [e-mail] )
  see /var/mail/alias on dev.gentoo.org
- ask team leads to add yourself to herds.xml for the herds you want to
  join or do it yourself if you have the permission to do so
- set lat and lon attributes in LDAP if you want others to know where
  exactly you are located
- set gentooIM if you want people to be able to contact you via other
  means than email
- If you want a blog on blogs.gentoo.org, contact [e-mail]

For the mentor:
- You are also responsible for the commits of your recruit during the first
  month so you should watch the commits of your recruit via gentoo-commits
  mailing list.

I wasn't able to find time to be involved more in Gentoo these last months so I think the right thing to do is to officialy step down as a developer even if it is quite hard :(
