Hi, I'm the RD (Release Dude) for Kopete 0.7 and have updated the ebuild. It should be 
attached to this bug.

done :) please don't mark new ebuilds stable, and if nothing changes in the ebuild, you don't have to attache a file, just say that it is working with the old ebuild :)
