When emerging with modplug flag, emerge fails to build this specific plug-in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.euse --enable modplug
2.emerge audacious-plugin


Actual Results:  
Emerge fails in one of the source code.

Expected Results:  
Plug-ins emerged successfully.
