*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 23154 *** The problem is, that "nessus-core-2.0.6a-r1" is installed, nessus-plugins-2.0.6a.ebuild states:
DEPEND="=net-analyzer/nessus-core-${PV}"
so, nessus-plugins expects nessus-core-2.0.6a, without "r1".
If you do
DEPEND=">=net-analyzer/nessus-core-${PV}"
emerge -upD world works fine. :-))
