dev-php5/eaccelerator is blocking dev-php5/ZendOptimizer, but for block is no reason. These extensions can work together, problem can be only in configuration (see http://www.eaccelerator.net/wiki/TroubleShooting)
Otherwise on first domain: i can use eaccelerator without zend and on second domain: zend without eaccelerator, so for block is no reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge ZendOptimizer eaccelerator

Actual Results:  
[blocks B     ] dev-php5/eaccelerator ("dev-php5/eaccelerator" is blocking dev-php5/ZendOptimizer-3.3.3-r1)

Expected Results:  
success emerge

I have installed it from overlay and in result of function phpinfo() is
with eAccelerator v0.9.5.3, Copyright (c) 2004-2006 eAccelerator, by eAccelerator
with Zend Optimizer v3.3.3, Copyright (c) 1998-2007, by Zend Technologies
