![]() confirmed this bug to me with Qt 4.5 which doesn't ignore the obsolete strings in the ts files Created attachment 181985 [details, diff]
smplayer-0.6.6-translations.patch.bz2
This was fixed at upstream svn (r2719). Attached patch is a diff between smplayer-0.6.6 and r2719. It fixes the problem. Please, apply.
Patch is rather large so I had to bzip2 it.
I made a snapshot ebuild with the latest subversion, that should work just fine Qt 4.5: smplayer-0.6.6_p2776.ebuild (In reply to comment #3) Please mark it as stable and/or mask the bad version. (In reply to comment #3) > I made a snapshot ebuild with the latest subversion, that should work just fine > Qt 4.5: smplayer-0.6.6_p2776.ebuild > Thanks :-D (In reply to comment #4) > (In reply to comment #3) > > Please mark it as stable and/or mask the bad version. > This doesn't seem to be needed now as this seems to only break when using qt-4.5 (now in testing) (In reply to comment #4) > (In reply to comment #3) > > Please mark it as stable and/or mask the bad version. > No need to mark this as stable, just use stable smplayer with stable Qt version, or testing smplayer with testing Qt version. I will add a specific dependency on Qt 4.4 for stable smplayer, to enforce this. |
