LC_NUMERIC patch for thousands_sep

Description Dr. Tobias Quathamer 2003-08-03 08:11:18 UTC
There's a new version of worker available (2.8.0).

I added a patch to make worker use the correct thousands_sep from LC_NUMERIC,
since it formats all numbers with an own function.

Furthermore, I modified the ebuild to mark all other supported architectures as
unstable, because this package should build successfully on all architectures. I don't
have access to any of these architectures, but this version was built for all
architectures by Debian, so I guess it should compile under Gentoo's architectures
as well.

Is this the right way to go? At least that's how I understood the ebuild(5)-manpage... if
I'm wrong, please feel free to reduce the KEYWORDS to x86 again :-)

One last question: If it weren't for the patch, would it have been sufficient to just
rename worker-2.7.0.ebuild to worker-2.8.0.ebuild?

Cheers,

Tobias

Worker updated to 2.8.1 work fine just by renaming 2.7.0

Yep, renaming the ebuild is enough. Version 2.8.1 already includes the attached patch for version 2.8.0.

Cheers,

Tobias
