After updating my gentoo system, deluged failed to start. After studying the problem I managed to put deluged to work after enabling the python flag in dev-util/boost-build and recompiling deluge again.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Deluged fails to start almost instantly, when launching with previous ~/.config folder, after adding a torrent file if the ~/.config is eliminated.
