A tar.bz2 file containing the dev-R portage directory.
When building this package I took a totally different approach. I creaded a dev-perl like system of packages so users could pick and choose every package that they wanted.
I have some of the CRAN packages and most of the bioconductor packages working. The only one that is currently broken is RGtk because it seems to want to fail to find the gtk-config or pkg-config programs.
(In reply to comment #2) > Created an attachment (id=77002) [edit] > A tar.bz2 file containing the dev-R portage directory. Don't do that. We don't even look at attached tarballs. Plain text attachments, please. Either find a maintainer, or if you want to maintain it yourself, feel free to reopen and join project sunrise, details here: http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/sunrise The ebuild here needs updating as well, current version is 2.0 Thanks. WONTFIX meanwhile. |
