I created an ebuild on top of Mr. Bones ebuilds for syslog-ng v3.0.1 including new syslogng.conf-templates (configfile version 3).

Not sure wheter this is ebuild is perfectly written, as it is one of my first ones I announce officially. Please comment on things I should enhance or correct.

#### CAUTION! ####
Please be aware of an (in my oppinion) upstream issue with libpcre! Don't use pcre-useflag, it will not compile cleanly with libpcre 7.7 or 7.8. Haven't found a solution for that yet. POSIX-regexes will work as known from v2.x.
