Doesn't look like an oops. Looks like spamc or whatever isn't being shutdown before reboot. If the kernel is oopsing please attach the oops output (w/o GRKERNSEC_HIDESYM enabled). Please also attach your kernel config and lspci -vv output. Can you reproduce this on the latest gentoo-sources-2.6.26 release? What about hardened-sources-2.6.27-r8 and 2.6.28? Thanks.
