sys-cluster/util-vserver-0.30.215-r1 fails configure with error:

checking for NSS... no
no
configure: error: internal error

Need to add dev-libs/nss to DEPEND in util-vserver-0.30.215-r1.ebuild.

NSS is the name service witch and is included in the C library, please try 0.30.215-r3 and reopen this bug with a complete build.log if the error still exists.
