I build gcc-4.3.2-r2 under kvm (QEMU PC emulator version 0.9.1) and have message:
i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc: Internal error: Killed (program cc1)

Reproducible: Always

I start clear installation from stage3-i686-2008.0

I think, i find wehere is problem. 
In my virtual machine RAM=128MB.
When up RAM to 512MB the problems not found.
