One of the libraries used by sci-physics/abinit (and build, even downloaded internally in the package by default).

Malformed from sci-libs/netcdf ebuild, may contain useless or even harmful remnants but builds into a library sci-physics/abinit-5.6.4 builds against.

Deals with what looks like a typo upstream (sources called *.tar_.gz).
