This issue persists with monodevelop-1.9.3... And 2.0? Doesn't happen with 2.2.1 anymore. I have this problem (exactly) with monodevelop 2.4.2 and 2.5.90 with mono 2.10. Are you able to reproduce this on a new created user account?
