Bug 255391 – purple-plugin_pack fails to build on switchspell compilation

When emerging purple-plugin_pack-2.2.0 the build fails on switchspell compilation if aspell is not present on the system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge purple-plugin_pack on the system with no aspell installed
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
ebuild fails

Expected Results:  
purple-plugin_pack merged and working

Emerging aspell prior to purple-plugin_pack fixes the glitch.

I just tried this with 2.5.1-r1 and seems to work without aspell:
