I tried emerging >=media-video/ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20081014 with an old version of make (3.80) and I got every time the error: "make: *** virtual memory exhausted.  Stop.". So i tried many ways to increase my virtual memory and so on, until somebody at the gentoo forums told me just to update make. Wouldn't it be possible to add a dependency =>sys-devel/make-3.81? 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge >=media-video/ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20081014 with <sys-devel/make-3.81
Actual Results:  
Make fails every time

Expected Results:  
Emerge properly

iirc 3.81 is the required version, thus dep added, thanks
