Using the pam way, I needed to run ulimit -r 10 before jackd would start in realtime mode.  The doc should mention that the user needs to do this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fresh install
2. follow instructions
3. try running jackd in realtime

Actual Results:  
fails, can't set prio

Expected Results:  
runs at higher prio
