Bug 255039 – [kde-testing] libkholidays-4.1.96 fails during cmake run

Installing libkholidays-4.1.96 on a mainly stable amd64 system (with the necessary entries to run kde 4.1.96 in package.keywords) fails during the cmake run. I'll attach the buildlog.

Found a workaround:
1. emerge -av1 ~libkholidays-4.1.96
2. Watch it fail.
3. Do *not* clean out /var/tmp/portage
4. emerge -av1 ~libkholidays-4.1.96
5. It works!

This bug is fixed by sandbox-1.3.X which is now required by kde4 eclasses so it wont happen next time :]
