Works doesn't meam it's correct.
I'm talking about the ebuild that got into the tree.
Quoting:
# Specific fix for 0.9.13, drop at .14!
sed -i -e '/start-stop-daemon --start/s:$: --exit-idle-time=-1:' \
"${T}"/pulseaudio
Well, I think it is 0.9.14
Second part:
# this should fix system daemon startup #233789
cp "${D}/etc/pulse/default.pa" "${D}/etc/pulse/system.pa"
This was unneeded even for .13 - that version shipped with
system.pa.
Ah thanks Rafal! I wasted last night looking at a totally different bug in pulse and forgot about removing those two. I still can't get glitch-free to work on my soundcard -_-; |
