there needs to be a call made to the subdirectories that will build and install
the gui's
not that you should add the --prefix=/usr/lib/licq
so the gui's are installed in the correct place for gentoo.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. remove all licq packages
2. install the new package
3. try running licq in gui mode

Actual Results:  
no plugin was found.


Expected Results:  
the gui would start.

if the error still occurs, try to remerge it and reopen the bug
