Konqueror 4.1.3 has been emerged before. (Just saying this because this bug looks similar to #246228.)

You just sync your portage tree please.
Already fixed for three days.

For fixing run:
emerge -av1 =kde-base/libkonq-4.1.3

I see. So it appears to have been a strange coincidence: I have synced 4 days ago and started updating "world" overnight, when I found it failed on dolphin. I synced again today and resumed the update. However, it didn't rebuild libkonq, so I guess this was the problem.

(Sorry I didn't realize #253672, as I only looked for open bugs.)

I have now re-emerged libkonq, and dolphin appears to build just fine now.
