hey guys,

i think the debianutils depend could be removed from gentoolkit because i can't find any place where the debianutils are used.

It's true, there's nothing modern in Gentoolkit that uses debianutils -- the dep is there because of '/usr/bin/tempfile', which the test package and a precursor to echangelog use. However, those tools are still there in svn, just FYI.
