On homepage of psi im project there are language files. Those should be used to make linguas support for net-im/psi-0.12.

There are few qt translations to:
http://psi-im.org/download/lang/qt_<tag>.qm
tags for qt translations (on other translations those arent required): uk,ru,fr,de

qm files (lang and qt) should be copied to /usr/share/psi
link to how to's http://psi-im.org/download/lang/<tag>
