The first problem here is that this package ships with libtool.m4 from libtool 1.5.24 and while eautoreconf does overwrite ltmain.sh, it won't overwrite this macro (at least not for 1.5 series). As such, ltmain from 1.5.26 is created with older macro and gets broken. It seems mydns has been discontinued and a new maintainer has created mydns-ng: http://www.mydns-ng.com/ Perhaps to go around this bug, it would be easier to just remove mydns and add a mydns-ng build? I've never done ebuild development, but I can look at the mydns ebuild and post one here shortly, perhaps a developer can take a look at it and add it to the tree? mydns-1.2.8.27 in cvs. please reopen this bug if you still have the issue. |
