When compiled with all CAMERAs support, it adds an invalid rule in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-libgphoto2.rules at line 34:
GROUP="plugdev"
which breaks USB printer support in CUPS by setting plugdev group for printer (instead of lp).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. CAMERAS="*" emerge libgphoto2
2. plug USB printer
3. ls -l /dev/usb/

Actual Results:  
crw-rw---- 1 root plugdev 180, 0 Dec 31 15:10 lp0


Expected Results:  
crw-rw---- 1 root lp 180, 0 Dec 31 15:10 lp0

please try 2.4.2 or better 2.4.3.
