Linphone is missing a build DEPEND :

checking for ANSI C header files... yes
checking for intltool-update... no
checking for intltool-merge... no
checking for intltool-extract... no
configure: error: The intltool scripts were not found. Please install intltool.

AFAIK, there is no minimal intltool version check.

the intltool requirement is superfluous.  configure script should be fixed.
