sys-fs/cryptsetup should depend on sys-libs/e2fsprogs-libs as it links with libuuid, but the sys-libs/e2fsprogs-libs is not listed in the ebuild, causing cryptsetup to fail the configure step if e2fsprogs-libs is not installed.

Please add sys-libs/e2fsprogs-libs to DEPENDS.
