app-emulation/bochs-debugger (or a development category)

This is the bochs 2.0.2 ebuild with --enable-debugger, --enable-disasm,
--enable-x86-debugger and --disable-readline configure options. I removed 
--enable-control-panel because it is no longer listed in configure --help.

This ebuild only installs the bochs binary, renamed as bochs-debugger, and has a
runtime dependancy for bochs 2.0.2.

I'd just add the proper useflags to bochs.

please try to emerge the latest bochs ebuild with USE="debugger" and tell me if that satisfies your needs.
